Repair kit for Webasto Thermo Top V heaters used in Audi A6 C6 diesel cars. The part is 100% functional and ready for assembly.

From the old heating, only the controller with the housing needs to be moved. This operation can be performed without any problems even at home.

The advantage of such a set is the lack of the need for expensive heating coding in the Audi service (A6 C6 has active component protection in the Webasto controller) - we leave the controller original from the car.

I am adding 40 cm of spiro tubes (to replace damaged exhaust elements), a gasket for the controller and 4 screws for attaching the controller.

Each heating undergoes a process of checking and regeneration, which consists of:

checking all heating elements and possible replacement of defective ones, cleaning of carbon deposits and other tarnish, glass blasting (sandblasting) of aluminum elements with glass microspheres to remove corrosion and make the surface resistant to its formation, work on the diagnostic table for several full cycles, possible correction of CO2 parameters, etc.
