Before collecting the package, check the package and its contents in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the parcel, the customer has the right to require the courier to draw up a damage report.

When returning the goods, a completed return report should be attached together with a receipt, transfer details (account number and address). If you purchase goods on an invoice, please contact us by phone. We will send you the correction of the invoice and after receiving it you must sign and send it back together with the original invoice.
