At the customer's request, we issue an invoice. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transport. Therefore, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. If the shipment is damaged upon receipt, a damage report must be prepared. The costs of transporting the goods in the event of a complaint are borne by the buyer. We do not accept cash on delivery returns! If the complaint procedure is successfully completed, we replace the part with a defect-free one or refund the purchase value to the provided bank account. We do not refund transport costs! An ill-considered or poorly selected purchase is not refundable. Returns are accepted ONLY upon presentation of proof of purchase!
